Quantum Group delivered a full soft strip and heavy deconstruction package to prepare Cupra’s venue for a high‑end refurbishment and private events. From careful basement strip‑outs to full removal of the ground‑floor slab, our team turned a complex footprint into a structurally sound, ready‑to‑finish space — all delivered with the programme focus and site discipline event spaces demand.

What does it take to convert a building into a premium events venue? For Cupra we needed to clear, reconfigure and reinforce the building fabric so fit‑out and hospitality works could proceed without constraint. That meant a controlled soft strip of M&E and finishes in the basement, removal of shutters and decorative casings on the ground floor, full dismantling of the existing ground‑floor slab, formation of structural trenches in the basement for new support pillars, and the installation of a new ground‑floor concrete slab. Each phase required close coordination, temporary works and precise sequencing to protect structure, adjacent areas and the client’s programme.
