The project
In May of 2022 we were given the opportunity to work on an exciting

A few months later we were asked to take over as main contractor for groundworks and a couple months on we then took on the superstructure / brickwork package.
We were on site until November 2021, completing all groundworks and external works, including a major drainage connection.

We saw the build through from start to finish - from starting as subcontractor to ending as main contractor for all works other than internal finishes and glazing.
Scope
Our team carried out full time site management & supervision with our accredited SMSTS and SSSTS supervisors.
Demolition of boundary wall and outbuildings including grubbing out of sub-ground structures by our specialist demolition operatives.
Pile excavation and ring beam construction including all formwork and setting out engineering.
New foul and surface water drainage was installed, which included a storm water attenuation system.

The street works and confined spaces operatives completed a 23 metre deep connection to link the new development to the United Utilities public sewer - over the course of 2 road closures.

We carried out all 278 highway works, tarmacking and curbing.

A vast scope of external finishing works, including driveways, flagging patios, creation of steps to account for varying level changes across the site, brick garden walls, all fencing including the feature slatted fence.
